Cottages At Platres of Pancyprian Organization of Greek Teachers (POED)
Group of 45 houses at Platres located at a steep slope near Forest Park Hotel. It includes residence ,a restaurant , a pool, an observatory, pedestrian areas, underdround parking a biological station etc. The prophylaxis of as many pine trees as possible was taken under serious consideration. The study was done in 1996 by Architects PAPALLAS COSTAS and IOANNIDOU LELITA under the name PAPALLAS & IOANNIDOU ARCHITECTS. The supervision of the communitie was done by Architect Papallas Costas. The communitie was completed in 2001.
