cpa PAPALLAS ARCHITECTS is a studio made up of highly creative and imaginative architects, interior, and spatial designers, committed to designing quality buildings and interiors which are socially, economically and environmentally friendly.
cpa PAPALLAS ARCHITECTS was founded in 2018 by Costas Papallas, who since 1991, along with Lelita Ioannidou Papalla, has been an architect operating under the name PAPALLAS & IOANNIDOU ARCHITECTS.
Through his long experience, Costas Papallas has been established as one of Cyprus` foremost architects having designed and supervised the construction of a broad range of projects such as residences and offices as well as complex civic buildings.
Our design team of architects, civil engineers, interior and product designers has a wide range of talent and professional experience in designing and supervising advanced and well crafted complex buildings boasting an experience of 30+ years.
Our Studio
Our work at cpa PAPALLAS ARCHITECTS, includes both small scale as well as large scale architectural constructions and interior designs. Regardless of size, our goal is to create something unique for every owner where their own influence is visible enough to have a representative outcome. We believe that every work should be unique.
Our architecture aims to create designs that satisfy the economic, functional, bio-climatic and aesthetic needs. We use 3D models and tools that turn our designs into reality. Our creations are based on bio-climatic architecture having the lowest energy demand for heating and cooling.

Our Team
Costas Papallas is a graduate of the ‘Aristotelio University of Thessaloniki’.
An architect by trade, he was working since 1991 along with Lelita Ioannidou Papalla, under the name PAPALLAS & IOANNIDOU ARCHITECTS.
In 2018, cpa PAPALLAS ARCHITECTS was founded, supported by a team of Architects, Civil Engineers and Interior Designers.
